Mark is from Arkansas and considers Tennessee home. He moved to Rutherford County to attend Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and graduated with a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Business Finance. His background includes mortgage banking, insurance, government, and hospitality.
Mark is an avid learner, educator, food lover, traveler, and exercise enthusiast. One aspect of his leisure time is spent with family and friends. The other aspect is spent on giving back to various charity organizations.
As a Realtor, Mark’s daily responsibilities include establishing rapport with new and existing clients, lenders, and others who are in the industry to assist in achieving his client's goals. He is client-centric and investor friendly. Mark has many destinations that include Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA), Real Estate Collaboration Specialist-Divorce (RCS-D), Short Sales and Foreclosures (SFR), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Real Estate Staging Association-Certified Staging Advocate (RESA-CSA), Certified Business Development Agent (CBDA), Certified Expert Listing Agent (CELA), Veterans Affairs (VA) Certified, and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) to assist his diverse clients and to give his clients more value.
Mark has two main goals as a Realtor. The first goal is to alleviate the emotional rollercoaster ride in buying or selling a home. The second goal is to allow precious time for buyers and sellers to spend with family and friends and allow him to conduct due diligence for them.
